About us

Wayne McDonald

Being “successful” today is a complex task. What got you to where you are today, might not be enough to keep you there. Today, success means combining the right mindset and patterns of thinking, new behavioural habits and advanced ways of processing emotions – of course, it also involves having the appropriate skillset for what you do.

After studying what makes people tick for over 30 years, Wayne beleives that success is 80% psychology, 20% skill. Based on this study, he uses a wide variety of techniques and methods to help his clients believe in themselves, achieve their goals and improve personal and business performances.

How Wayne helps your business grow.

Having a brilliant plan is important (he’ll help you develop one). So is having a good CEO and leadership team, outstanding marketing ad excellent production processes (he’ll help with all of these). But research shows that what’s of greatest importance is the people and culture of the business.

We live in unprecedented times of change and uncertainty. Extraordinary leaps in technology are commonplace. What sets great companies apart from the crowd is the people. Developing a competitive advantage based on values, culture and people has never been more crucial.

It’s one thing defining values and writing a mission statement and having a great plan.

It’s another thing implementing these so they become a lived, everyday reality. It’s easy to talk the talk. It is far harder to walk the talk! They key is engaging hearts as well as minds. It’s easy to talk the talk – it’s a lot more challenging walking the walk!

How Wayne helps you develop a positive & dynamic work culture

No matter how small or large your company is, company culture is important because it is the very foundation of every organisation; strong culture is an acknowledgment that people are the most critical asset a company holds and that protecting its people is the surest way to continued success.

Culture is made up of the values, beliefs, underlying assumptions, attitudes, and behaviours in your company. It is particularly influenced by the organisation’s founder and leadership. In fact, a favourite saying of Wayne’s is “Culture is the shadow of the leader”.
